As patients of Plenty Smiles, the health and peace of mind of our patients, families, and team members remain our highest priority.
Dear Patients and friends:
We remain open to attend dental emergencies, maintaining strict disinfection and safety protocols.
According to the latest government announcement, from 13 February 2021, we are moving into a Stage 4 lockdown. Under Stage 4 restrictions, instruction for dental practices is to stop providing services as regular.
However, we are remaining open to attend emergencies and essential services that may require priority attention. Also, we are available to provide teleconsultations regarding any dental queries.
We are closely following the Victorian Government latest notifications and attending instruction from the Australian Dental Association to keep our patients updated with further news regarding the services we are authorised to provide.
Thank you so much for your support during this time. We cannot wait to be able to treat all our patients again. Our front desk coordinators will maintain in contact with patients to reschedule upcoming appointments and attend any query.
We want to assure you that we are continuing to take the utmost care in cleaning & sanitising, working within physical distancing guidelines.
As Plenty Smiles is a general dental practice with a focus on dental implant & cosmetic procedures, we choose to see a lower volume of patients which ensures that each patient is given the time and individualised attention they deserve from their dental provider.
We ask all scheduled patients who are experiencing symptoms of any respiratory virus or communicable disease to contact us to reschedule.
Specifically, under these circumstances, we are asking that you not come into the office if you have a fever, are coughing, sneezing, or having difficulty breathing, or if you have been exposed to someone with the COVID-19 virus. We remain seeing both new and existing patients at this time.
Those who have travelled or who have been in contact with persons exposed to the coronavirus should isolate as instructed by the authorities.
We are assessing the situation daily and remain vigilant for the health and benefit of everyone in our community. We will let you know as the situation changes.
Stay safe and healthy.
Plenty Smiles team
