Treatment Overview & Base Investment
All On X Dental Implant treatment at Plenty Smiles is designed to restore function, comfort, and aesthetics using a digitally planned approach tailored to each patient.
Base Treatment
Full Arch Implant Treatment
(Zirconia Bridge on 4 Implants)
From $14.499* Upper or Lower jaw
This includes:
• Surgical placement of 4 dental implants
Codes: 661 x 4, 688 x 4, 666 x 1
• Final full-arch prosthesis (Zirconia Bridge + Hybrid Titanium Bar)
• Treatment performed under local anaesthesia
* Temporary teeth are not included in the base fee and are charged separately per arch.
Additional Components
Based on Your Treatment Plan
Your treatment may include the following components
depending on your clinical needs:
• Temporary PMMA teeth during healing: $800 per arch (upper or lower arch)
• Digitally guided surgical planning: $1,200 per arch (upper or lower arch)
• Tooth extraction (if required): from $225 per tooth
• General anaesthesia (if required): approximately $6,500–$10,500 through an external provider
* Medicare rebates may apply for eligible patients. In some cases, rebates may range approximately
between 30%–60%, depending on individual eligibility and item numbers.
Final Prosthesis Design
In most cases:
Upper arch: Zirconia prosthesis supported by a titanium bar
Lower arch: PMMA prosthesis supported by a titanium bar
This combination is often recommended due to:
• Reduced weight and improved comfort
• Better shock absorption during function
• Reduced risk of fracture from opposing forces
• More natural functional movement during chewing
When zirconia meets zirconia directly, there is a higher risk of mechanical stress. The combination of materials is designed to provide a more balanced long-term outcome
Aesthetic Expectations
Due to the use of different materials (Zirconia and PMMA), the final colour match between upper and lower arches may vary slightly.
In most cases, an approximate 90% aesthetic match is achieved, with a focus on achieving a natural and harmonious smile.
Initial Consultation, Planning & Digital Records
If imaging is required for personal records after the appointment, standard clinical fees may apply.
Patients are encouraged to bring any recent dental records or X-rays, however updated imaging may still be required for accurate planning.

Payment Options
Superannuation Access
In some cases, patients may be able to apply for early access to their superannuation to help cover medical and dental treatment.
At Plenty Smiles, we work with external providers such as SuperCare, who assist patients in preparing and submitting applications through the appropriate government channels.
Approval is subject to strict eligibility criteria and is assessed by the relevant authorities.
TLC
We also offer access to flexible payment plan providers such as TLC (Total Lifestyle Credit).
These plans may allow you to spread the cost of treatment over time, subject to application and approval by the provider.
Terms, interest rates, and eligibility criteria are determined by the provider and will be explained during the application process.

Price Disclaimer
Treatment fees are estimates based on standard clinical conditions for All On X Dental Implants style treatment and may vary depending on individual needs.
Final treatment cost may change depending on:
• Bone structure and anatomy
• Number of implants required
• Additional procedures such as Bone Grafting, PRF, or alternative implant solutions (including zygomatic implants where clinically necessary)
A personalised treatment plan and written quote will always be provided prior to commencing treatment.
Warranty & Maintenance Requirements
Plenty Smiles provides:
• Lifetime structural warranty on full-arch prostheses
• 2 year warranty on prosthetic tooth damage (conditions apply)
To maintain warranty validity, patients must:
• Attend professional maintenance appointments every 6 months
• Maintain appropriate oral hygiene and follow clinical care instructions
Failure to attend regular maintenance appointments may affect warranty coverage, as it increases risk of inflammation or implant-related complications.
Booking Policy
A $50 deposit is required to secure all appointments.
• The deposit is held on file while your appointment is active
• It is refundable if cancellation occurs outside 48 hours
• Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the deposit
